Students preparing for 10th or 12th board examination should keep some important things in mind to perform well in the CBSE BOARD Examination and taste success:

1. UNDERSTAND YOUR SYLLABUS:
When only a few weeks or days are left for the upcoming examination, you must see which chapter is chosen for asking more questions/marks and which chapter is asked less.

2. MANAGE YOUR TIME:
Divide your activities according to time. You should make a time-table of your daily activities; from waking up in the morning to going to bed at night.

3. DON’T STUDY LATE AT NIGHT:
As the exams get at hand some students make preparation for the examination keeping awake late at night with the help of tea/coffee. It is very injurious to health. Early morning is the best time for study.

4. ASK WHAT YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND:
If you are not able to understand some points, don’t hesitate to ask somebody. Underline those points in notes or book and ask for others opinion about those points as soon as you get time.

5. TAKE HELP OF GROUP DISCUSSION:
Discuss the points in group discussion with your friends that you couldn’t remember/learn during studies. In this way you will come to know some new things along with the answers of all your questions.

6. SOLVE OLD PAPERS:
Solve the papers of last five years in a fixed time. The questions that you can’t answer solve them with help of your book.

7. TAKE INTEREST IN OTHER ACTIVITIES TOO:
Don’t be so busy in the preparation of exams that other daily activities get affected. Habits like walking, meeting friends, gardening etc. keep your brain fresh.

8. BE POSITIVE IN THE EXAMINATION HALL TOO:
Enter in the examination hall with a positive attitude and maintain that till you submit the answer paper. You can achieve any goal that seems to be impossible with your positive attitude.

9. BE CAREFUL WHILE ANSWERING:
There are many questions that we have to pay careful attention before answering. While answering underline the points that you consider to be important. Try to leave no question unanswered.
